DumpsterQuote Pro ("we," "us," "our") is a software-as-a-service platform that provides quoting, booking, and business management tools for dumpster rental companies. By using DumpsterQuote Pro, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
From business owners (operators):
- Business ID and hashed password (we never store your password in plain text)
- Business name, phone number, email address, and website URL
- Pricing configurations, service zones, and availability settings
- Booking records created through your quote tool
From customers (end users getting quotes):
- Name, phone number, and email address (entered during booking)
- Delivery address and ZIP code
- Rental details: dumpster size, dates, and services selected
Automatically collected:
- Basic usage data (page visits, feature usage) — used only to improve the product
- No IP addresses are stored. No advertising tracking pixels are used.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide the quoting and booking service to you and your customers
- To sync your settings across devices when you log in
- To send transactional emails (booking confirmations) if you configure EmailJS
- To process payments through Stripe if you enable it (we never store card numbers)
- To improve and maintain the platform
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.
4. Data Storage & Security
Business settings and booking data are stored in our cloud storage system, keyed to your unique Business ID. Passwords are hashed using SHA-256 — we cannot recover your password if lost.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information, but no system is 100% secure. Please use a strong, unique password.
5. Third-Party Services
DumpsterQuote Pro integrates with the following third-party services, which have their own privacy policies:
- Stripe — Payment processing. Card data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers. Stripe Privacy Policy →

6. Customer Data (For Business Owners)
If you are a business owner using DumpsterQuote Pro, you are the data controller for your customers' personal information collected through your quote tool. You are responsible for:
- Having a legal basis for collecting customer data (e.g. contract fulfillment)
- Informing your customers that their data is collected
- Responding to any customer requests to access or delete their data
- Linking to this privacy policy from your quote page
7. Cookies & Local Storage
DumpsterQuote Pro uses browser localStorage (not cookies) to save your session and settings on your device. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to third parties. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or any third-party analytics services.
8. Data Retention & Deletion
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. To delete your account and all associated data:
- Email us at privacy@dumpsterquotepro.com with your Business ID
- We will permanently delete all data associated with your Business ID within 30 days
- Deleted data cannot be recovered
9. Children's Privacy
DumpsterQuote Pro is a business tool not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us immediately.
10. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights including:
- Access: Request a copy of data we hold about you
- Correction: Update inaccurate information
- Deletion: Request deletion of your data
- Portability: Export your bookings as CSV from the Admin dashboard

11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. For significant changes, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify active users.
